Dear Readers,

Image
The cover of our February issue, to be launched next week.
Watch out for New Voices' February issue, coming online (and to your doorstep, if you sign up for a FREE student subscription by clicking the link on the top of this page by January 21st) next week. Articles include: Sex After College (A JDate Story). Plus, Fuel For Truth brings their peculiar brand of Israel advocacy to the nightclub, begging the question, "What kind of a party is this, anyway?" And, a trip to the West Bank, a student Yiddish revival, an aggressive  Orthodox outreach group, reviews, and much more.

Meanwhile, we're already starting work on our March/April issue. The March/April issue will cover radio - Jewish radio, college radio, and the places where they intersect. In preparation for the issue, we want to know about college radio on your campus. Is there a Jewish show on your college radio station? Is it good? Is it cool? Is there such a thing as a cool Jewish college radio show, or is the nexus of college radio and Jewish themes inherently uncool?

We're also interested in the relevance of the independent college station in the face of the podcast. Is it even worth it anymore? Has your station has issues with the FCC or the administration? Has your station been to stream online? Has the web helped or hurt?

These stories could take a variety of forms, and there's plenty of room, so don't be shy. Leave a comment on this article or e-mail This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .
