• After two weeks of lobbying by both Solidarity for Palestinian Human Rights and Israel advocacy groups, the UBC Alma Mater Society voted last night to support a donation to the 2011 Canadian Flotilla for Gaza. (University British Columbia)

• Yale hosted Israeli Consul Gil Lainer for a dinner discussion to discuss issues facing Israel and its relations with other nations, especially African countries. (Yale)
